At times, lots of people never tell us what they are really thinking. Who is the one person that you would really like to know what they are thinking (as far as how they feel about you), and why?

I never want to know what anyone is thinking. I don't have enough time to care. Too busy worrying about saving my own skin while I'm saving someone else's.

Although, lately, I have found myself wondering what's always going on inside Carl's head.

What is he thinking about? I know there's something on his mind all the time - that face of concentration when he's bent over a book or gadget. When he scribbles franticly on a parchment - notes for an invention of a briefing. When I walk into the room...

He changes when I walk in the room. I can't tell if he stops thinking or if his mind's going a mile-a-minute. What are you thinking about Carl?

And when I'm training, I've seen him watching me with that same face of concentration. He's either having a bowel movement or trying to figure me out. I'm hoping for the latter, but given some of the sparring partners I've had, the former is a distinct possibility.

So, tell me, Carl, what's on your mind so often?
